HOW TO GET THINGS STARTED

When determining if we’re a good fit for working together, you have two options and can schedule either one directly from here. The first is a free, brief consultation phone or video call. The second is an initial therapy session, via telehealth or in person.

CONSULTATION CALL

If you would like to speak briefly by phone or video to determine whether I’m a good fit for you, please book a 15 minute consultation call.

  • To request a consultation call, click the Request Appointment button below. Once your requested time is approved you will receive a confirmation email and/or text, along with a very brief questionnaire about what is bringing you to therapy.

  • Those interested in a video consultation instead of a phone call will have the option to indicate their preference on the questionnaire as well.

  • You can start with an initial therapy session, by simply clicking the Request Appointment button below and choosing whether you are seeking individual or couples/family therapy. Please take note of the extended time allotted for these initial sessions to ensure we start with a solid foundation. My goal is for you to leave that first session with recommended next steps and clear expectations for working together.

  • You will receive email confirmation of your appointment request. That email will also request that you complete a few new client tasks prior to your session. These are things like practice policies and fees, consent for therapy, and a questionnaire about what is bringing you to seek counseling.
